The specification of this project and software support was to enable DAQ for process control and automatic testing of factory samples. When the product is under testing, the Data logger unit gets the parameters like temperature, flow-rate, voltage levels etc. of the product and stores them. Some of Products may be kept in testing for few days. So this unit avoids a person, who studies the process and takes the reading of parameters of the product. This unit is capable of measuring three different temperatures and Voltage signals from different equipment / signal conditioner. The data are stored in a Flash memory and gets uploaded based on the set interval.
