Venkatesh GokulRaju is a hands-on engineering executive, visionary R&D leader, and Senior IEEE Member with over two decades of innovation spanning AI, embedded systems, telecom infrastructure, and cloud-native platforms. His career rooted in startups, enterprise-scale programs, and global research labs blends deep technical mastery with systems thinking and product leadership.

He is the creator of CLAP (Closed Loop Automation Platform), a patented orchestration framework that accelerates multi-vendor 5G OpenRAN deployments and powers AI-based automation in disaggregated networks. CLAP has demonstrably improved QoS, QoE, and spectral efficiency at scale.

Venkatesh is the creator of TwinSite, an AI-powered digital twin platform that revolutionizes telecom infrastructure deployment and lifecycle management. TwinSite accelerates new site builds and 5G rollouts through real-time 3D modeling, automated asset verification, and predictive remote inspections—eliminating manual surveys and dramatically reducing operational costs.

By fusing physical infrastructure, integration data, and live operational metrics, TwinSite creates a unified, intelligent view of telecom assets. Its embedded analytics engine enables Remote Electrical Tilt (RET)-based antenna alignment, remote health checks, structural validation, and automated closeout reporting—delivering scalable, data-driven lifecycle management that boosts accuracy, reduces OPEX, and accelerates resilient, next-gen network deployments.

He pioneered NEWS (Network Early Warning System), a predictive assurance engine that converts telemetry into actionable foresight, enabling zero-touch, self-healing network operations. Complementing this, he developed DCEWS (Data Center Early Warning System)—a patented AI platform that delivers autonomous thermal monitoring and predictive diagnostics across core and edge data centers.

His latest innovation, AstraTest, is a sensor-assisted SATCOM validation platform designed for LEO networks. It integrates AI-powered channel emulation, SDR diagnostics, and QoE benchmarking—enabling mission-ready performance validation for defense, emergency, and remote communications.
